As an extension to our math trail, we decided to participate in our own survey to determine who we would honor if a new monument were to be constructed. As we have also learned, controversy surrounded us. Although John Glenn was a favorite, members of our class could not come to agreement on who our memorial should honor. However, smaller groups did come to agreements and were able to put a plan into action. Using model magic each group created thier own visions of the memorial honoring some of America's greatest... John, Glenn, Bill Gates, and the First Wifes.
