Hi, we are some of Mrs. O'Mary's 8th grade students at Pottsboro Middle School and we have created a mini math trail in Pottsboro, Texas. Pottsboro ISD is a 3A Texas school with a student population of 1282 students. The city of Pottsboro is on Highway 120, eight miles west of Denison, TX and approximately 60 miles northwest of Dallas. Pottsboro is often referred to as the "Gateway to Lake Texoma."
Our math trail begins in our Algebra I classroom here at Pottsboro Middle School. We then travel east down Highway 120 to our new high school construction. From the new high school, we move west on Highway 120 to the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge and beautiful Lake Texoma. We then return to our middle school classroom to write our math questions.
